Serrani S.p.A. was created in 1948 in Todi, a small city in Central Italy, where it first began operating in the food and beverage industry.
In the 70’s, the company started specializing more and more in the coffee business and invested so much in R&D that through the course of the years, the coffee roasting activity began taking on evermore importance. It grew from its first simplistic equipment to the cutting-edge production systems it now uses.

Today, Serrani S.p.A. imports the highest quality coffee directly from the countries of origin which ensure a selection based on strict parameters applied throughout every stage of the process.
It is thanks to this scrupulous selection, together with skillful blending, that excellent blends of coffee are born and created to satisfy even the most demanding customer.
